These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 9ltd online casino and sports betting platform. By registering an account or placing a wager on 9ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 9ltd website at https://9ltd.app, creating a player account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion or game rule, these Terms shall take precedence unless the promotional or game-specific terms expressly state otherwise.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the 9ltd platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active 9ltd account:
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 9ltd enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years. No exceptions are made under any circumstances. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age at any point will have their accounts closed immediately and any balance or winnings will be forfeited.
- Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Minors and persons under legal guardianship are not permitted to register or use the platform.
- Single account: You may hold only one registered account on 9ltd. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
- Own identity: You must register using your own true and accurate identity. Registering under a false identity, pseudonym, or on behalf of another person is prohibited.
- Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period, whether applied voluntarily through the 9ltd platform tools or as a result of a previous account suspension.
9ltd reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo identification — at any time and for any reason. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending verification.
Age Verification (KYC)
All 9ltd accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. A valid Bangladesh NID or passport is required to complete verification. Accounts that fail verification within the specified period are suspended until documentation is received and reviewed.
3. Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of 9ltd platform features — including deposits, withdrawals, casino games, and sports betting markets — you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred currency (BDT or INR). Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
Following registration, 9ltd will conduct an identity verification process as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- A clear photograph or scan of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back.
- A valid passport (photo page and data page).
- Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
- Proof of payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming the registered mobile number matches the details on your 9ltd account.
9ltd reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and deposit activity until KYC verification is complete. Players are encouraged to complete verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when withdrawing BDT winnings. Verified accounts experience faster withdrawal processing across all supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 9ltd will never ask you to share your password with any member of the support team or any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is considered to have been authorised by you. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Transactions
9ltd operates a BDT-native cashier supporting deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. INR wallet holders access equivalent payment options through their respective cashier view. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer minimums may differ and are displayed within the cashier interface at the time of transaction.
All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. 9ltd does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment account not registered in the player's verified name, the deposit amount will be returned to the source and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
- Any active bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the bonus-converted balance is eligible for withdrawal.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
- 9ltd processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are typically completed within minutes during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
- 9ltd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing large withdrawal amounts.
Currency conversion charges do not apply to BDT wallet accounts transacting in Bangladeshi Taka. Players using INR wallets transacting in Indian Rupees are similarly not subject to cross-currency conversion fees within their wallet denomination.
Mobile Wallet Deposits
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are credited to your 9ltd wallet in real time. Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits are determined by the daily transaction caps of your mobile wallet provider, which may vary by account tier.
Bank Transfer Deposits
City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers are credited within 1–3 banking hours on Bangladesh Standard Time business days. Bank transfers may require additional confirmation steps. Contact [email protected] if a bank transfer has not been credited within 4 hours during business hours.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
9ltd offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over general bonus rules stated here.
The following general conditions apply to all 9ltd bonuses unless the promotion-specific terms explicitly state otherwise:
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms in English.
- Maximum bet during bonus play: Placing single bets exceeding ৳500 (or the equivalent INR amount) while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. Check the promotion's maximum bet limit before wagering.
- Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage. Contribution rates are published within each promotion's terms.
- One bonus per player: Unless stated otherwise, a player may hold only one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period from the time of crediting, stated in the promotion's terms. Expired bonus balances are removed from the account without notice.
- Abuse and fraud: 9ltd reserves the right to void bonus funds and winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity relating to any promotion.
9ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already met the eligibility criteria for a promotion at the time of its withdrawal will not be affected retroactively, provided they have already claimed the offer.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the 9ltd sportsbook and all wagers placed on casino games are subject to the rules of the applicable game or market, as published within the platform. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules. The following general rules apply across all 9ltd betting and gaming products:
- Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation reference number from the 9ltd platform. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference — for example, due to a connectivity interruption — are not valid and will not be settled.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed within the platform before bet placement. Stake limits may differ by game type, market, and account tier.
- Sportsbook settlement: Cricket and other sports markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the International Cricket Council for ICC events, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic BPL matches). Settlement times depend on official result confirmation and may be delayed in the event of protests, reviews, or DLS method calculations.
- Palpable errors: 9ltd reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error (palpable error). A palpable error is defined as odds that were clearly incorrect and materially different from the fair market price at the time of acceptance. Players will be notified of such voids, and stakes will be returned in full.
- Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction in any casino game, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. The outcome of any round affected by a verifiable technical fault will not stand. RNG certification ensures that malfunctions affecting game outcome are exceedingly rare but this clause governs the resolution process if they occur.
- Currency of settlement: All bets placed from a BDT wallet are denominated and settled in Bangladeshi Taka. All bets placed from an INR wallet are denominated and settled in Indian Rupees.
Game-specific rules for titles such as King of Fishing, Panda Dragon Boat, and all live casino tables are available within the respective game interfaces. Players are advised to review game rules before wagering real money.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9ltd platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account or process withdrawals.
- Identity Fraud: Registering under a false identity, impersonating another person, or providing forged KYC documentation.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one player account on the 9ltd platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or any coordinated strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus funds.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game, poker variant, or sportsbook market to the detriment of 9ltd or other players.
- Money Laundering: Using the 9ltd platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 9ltd complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious transaction patterns where required.
- Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with casino games in a manner not available to standard human players.
- Platform Interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, modify, or otherwise interfere with the 9ltd platform's software, servers, or security systems.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on the platform. Any chargeback will be treated as a debt owed to 9ltd and the account will be suspended pending resolution.
- Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the 9ltd platform by any person under the age of 18, including sharing account credentials with a minor.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
9ltd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
- Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the requested timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of unauthorised payment methods.
- Identification of multiple accounts operated by the same individual.
- A player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted through the platform or via [email protected].
- Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant and may be suspended pending player re-verification on next login.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 9ltd will retain the account balance securely during the investigation period. If the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, 9ltd reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance in line with the specific clause breached. Where no breach is confirmed, the full balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their 9ltd account should contact [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Any remaining BDT balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses have been assessed and resolved.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the 9ltd platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, data compilations, and the 9ltd brand name and wordmark — is the property of 9ltd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 9ltd platform for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the 9ltd platform or its content without prior written consent.
- Use 9ltd trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context outside the platform without authorisation.
- Frame or mirror any part of the 9ltd website on any other website or digital property.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the 9ltd platform by automated means for commercial or competitive purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the 9ltd platform, including but not limited to:

- Actions taken by 9ltd in good faith in response to suspected fraudulent activity, including account suspension during an ongoing investigation.
9ltd provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. While 9ltd takes all reasonable measures to maintain platform availability and security, you acknowledge that no online system is entirely immune from technical faults, and that your use of the platform is at your own risk within the limits described in these Terms.
11. Privacy & Data Use

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
